Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Supervisor to join our dynamic team.  The successful candidate will oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support front desk staff in daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk team members to maintain high service standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and issues promptly, resolving them to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient allocation of rooms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Implement and maintain front desk procedures and policies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Prepare and manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, record-keeping, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizations and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in using hotel management software system.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
