Position Overview: The Inventory Coordinator plays a critical role in the management of the COAM (Coin Operated Amusement Machines) parts inventory for service teams, game swap teams, and game preparation teams. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of COAM warehouse inventory processes and providing essential support to the Warehouse Manager as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate inventory records for all COAM service parts, ensuring that all entries are up-to-date and precise.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
    • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of COAM service parts.
    • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures and best practices.
  2. Support for Service Teams:
    • Manage the distribution of parts to service, game swap, and game prep teams.
    • Assist in the preparation of parts for service calls and game installations.
    • Track and document parts usage to maintain accurate inventory records.
  3. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory levels, movements, and transactions.
    • Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular inventory status updates to the Warehouse Manager and other stakeholders.
  4. Assistance to Warehouse Manager:
    • Assist the Warehouse Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
    • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management
  • COAM experience is highly desired, but not required.
