We are in search of a proficient part-time Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dillon, CO. This position requires 20-25 hours of work weekly, with the potential to shift to full-time, and will have a vital role in maintaining our organization's efficient functioning.


As the Financial Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include overseeing financial tasks and offering administrative support to our office. Your adeptness in managing accounts receivable and payable and aiding in daily office operations will be crucial in improving our overall operational effectiveness and accomplishments.

Compensation:

$22 - $25 hourly DOE

Responsibilities:
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including overseeing invoicing and payment processing activities.
  • Providing administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing office events efficiently.
  • Coordinating with vendors to handle office supplies and equipment management as needed.
  • Creating and managing client payment plans, overseeing retainer and invoice processing.
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts through general data entry tasks.
  • Assisting in analyzing billing metrics and preparing reports promptly.
Qualifications:
  • To be considered for the Financial Administrative Assistant position in Dillon, CO, US, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred to facilitate effective communication in this role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite is essential for this position.
