Finance Systems Analyst

*Pay rate: $50/hr to $54.35/hr on W2*

*Job Description:*
The main function of a Finance Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, modification, and daily functional support of Finance applications (JDE preferred).

*Job Responsibilities:*
• Works with key stakeholders within Finance and Accounting function.
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates to support Accounting on Month-End close.
• Demonstrates an informed knowledge of Accounting function to resolve problems.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Serves as a liaison between IT and the Finance and Accounting functions to provide technical solutions to meet user needs.

*Qualifications:*
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science or related field required.
• 2-4 years’ experience required in Financial systems or Accounting support role.
• Basic knowledge of Accounting with Financial systems to understand business processes.
• Ability to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Project management skills in order to handle diverse projects, often times simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.
• A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems and Finance/Accounting process level .
• Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information.
