This opportunity is also a hybrid allowing you to work from home approximately 50% of the time.<br><br>The Executive Administrative Assistant reporting directly to the President will play a critical role in managing the administrative and financial affairs of Lionheart Holding Inc. and the families served by our office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various tasks ranging from administrative support to financial management and accounting duties. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting principles.<br><br><strong>How You'll Make an Impact</strong><br><br>1. Financial Management:<br><ul><li>Manage financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.</li><li>Coordinate with external financial advisors and investment managers.</li><li>Monitor cash flow and prepare financial analyses as needed.</li></ul><br>2. Accounting:<br><ul><li>Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.</li><li>Prepare tax documents and work with external tax advisors.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and expenses.</li><li>Prepare, record, and automate as allowed all statutory State and Federal filings.</li><li>Work with President to develop and monitor annual budget.</li><li>Update and maintain Estate Planning entities. Serve as Administrative trustee.</li></ul><br>3. Administrative Support:<br><ul><li>Manage calendars, schedules, appointments, and bill pay for family members as requested.</li><li>Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the company and families.</li><li>Interface/coordinate with financial advisors to ensure seamless management of financial services.</li><li>Document Staff and corporate annual meetings.</li><li>Assist with special projects and events as needed.</li><li>Primary support to ADP for payroll processing.</li><li>Primary interface in support of Companies benefits (healthcare, retirement, disability, life insurance)</li><li>Liaison to our TI service provider (TSP) and manage telephone accounts as required.</li><li>Coordinate and manage administratively the on-boarding and/or termination/resignation of personnel.</li><li>Coordinate all ABJ Solar farm activities and filings.</li></ul><br>4. Transportation Management:<br><ul><li>Serve as primary interface to Lionheart flight department.</li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements, including scheduling and provisions for company plane, ground transportation and accommodations.</li></ul><br><strong>What You'll Bring to the Role:</strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Strong accounting background with a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting roles.</li><li>Previous experience in administrative support or executive assistant roles preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and MS Office Suite.
