Participate in monthly weekly management and staff meetings. </li><li>Monitor and maintain procedures for the safety of guests and personnel. </li><li>Maintain high service levels as outlined in the SOP manual, which includes but is not limited to Front Desk, Maintenance, and Housekeeping. </li></ul><br>YOUR EXPERIENCE: <br><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li><li>2-years Hospitality Management or Supervisor experience required. </li><li>Food and Beverage experience strongly preferred</li><li>You have Hospitality Front Desk Operations, yield, and resolution management knowledge. </li><li>Ability to motivate and mentor associates. </li><li>You are able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, also as needed for peak periods such as Check-in/Check-out, vacation, sick leave, gaps in coverage, and response to urgent or emergency-related scenarios. </li></ul><br>JOIN BLUEGREEN:<br><br>Ready to be part of the fun?
