We are excited about the work we do and are looking for others who share the same drive and passion<p>Weekly paychecks and Early Access Option<br /> <ul><li>Starting pay range - $25.00/HR</li></ul> <br />Full-time Schedule<br /> <ul><li>Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 2pm - 10:30PM</li></ul> <br />Benefits<br /> <ul><li>Medical, dental and vision benefits after 30 days of employment</li> <li>Paid Leave Time earned</li> <li>Even more perks: 401K with company match, tuition reimbursement, on-site grocery store, discounted child care services and a wellness program that puts money back in your pocket for living a healthy lifestyle</li> </ul> <br />PURPOSE<br />Responsible for the prompt minor repairs and ongoing preventative maintenance of material handling equipment<p>Job Responsibilities<br /> <ul><li>Provide recommendations to repair or replace poorly functioning equipment</li> <li>Efficiently prioritizes repair schedule to ensure an uninterrupted production schedule </li> <li>Troubleshoot equipment problems to include brake, electrical and hydraulic systems, detect imperfections, potential problems, safety issues and/or malfunctions </li> <li>Provide improvements required to ensure compliance to safety regulation to DC and safety team </li> <li>Ensure that department is appropriately stocked with part and tools needed to preform their job </li> <li>Undertakes actions such as lubrication, cleaning, filter changes, etc, on equipment for preventive maintenance purposes </li> <li>Replace broken or defective parts from stock parts and/or order replacement parts for major repairs </li> <li>Modify and tests equipment to improve systems uptime and reliability </li> <li>Updates and reviews daily maintenance logs </li> <li>Follows all safety policies and procedures strictly</li> </ul> <br />Job Requirements <br /> <ul><li>2-3 years of technical maintenance or related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education, experience and training</li></ul> <br />Experience<br /> <ul><li>1-2 years of on-the-job experience with electronics and mechanical equipment</li> <li>Machining and fabrication experience helpful</li> </ul> <br /> Preferred Knowledge/Skills<br /> <ul><li>Understanding of Safety guidelines</li> <li>Able to read and understand blueprints and technical reference manuals</li> <li>Understanding of equipment operation and maintenance procedures</li> <li>Excellent mechanical aptitude</li> <li>Ability to work well independently</li> </ul> <br />Physical Environment/Demands<br /> <ul><li>Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently</li> <li>Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation</li> <li>Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures</li> <li>Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment</li> <li>Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties.
