Candidates with mechanical or electrical engineering degree will be strongly considered.</li> <li>Must be able to climb ladder 6 to 12 feet to access crane cabin and components on the boom.</li> <li>Must be able to work outside in all climates approximately 20% of the time.</li> <li>Must be able to understand and apply basic mechanical and hydraulic principles.</li> <li>Must be able to determine the weight, center of gravity and bending properties of beam type structures.</li> <li>Basic understanding of load capacity charts, hydraulic systems and basic electrical circuits preferred.</li> <li>Must have excellent Excel skills and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.</li> <li>Must be able to communicate with professional and manufacturing employees in an office and manufacturing environment.</li> <li>Desired experience with:</li> <li>Basic CAD experience, Creo/ProE (for evaluation, not design)</li> <li>Basic CAD layout work using AutoCAD or Creo/Pro</li> <li>Baan ERP system</li> <li>Exposure to an object oriented programing language such as C++</li> <li>Exposure to an IDE such as Code::Blocks</li> <li>Exposure to version control systems such as SVN and Git</li> </ul> <p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive total rewards package including benefits and 401(k) beginning day one of employment</li> <li>Continuing education and training opportunities, tuition reimbursement for those who qualify</li> <li>Vacation and Holiday pay</li> <li>Paid Parental Leave</li> <li>And Much More!</li> </ul> <p><strong>Pay Grade: </strong>205</p> <ul><li>Minimum: $60,058.96</li> <li>Midpoint: $76,575.20</li> <li>Maximum: $93,092.48</li> </ul> <img src="https://ars2.equest.com/? response_id=8f1658ef5d22ba99780332d9845b9a0c&view" alt=" " width="1" height="1"/>
