TCI has immediate openings for an <strong>Electronic Bench Assembler in Londonberry, NH</strong>. This is a long-term contract opportunity (12+mo). <br><br><strong>SUMMARY</strong><br><br>The Electronic Bench Assembler is responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment. Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.<br><br><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong><br><br><ul><li>Follow and comply with documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.</li><li>Complete basic testing operations by loading units, starting test programs, and evaluating basic pass/fail criteria.</li><li>Continuously performs visual inspections of materials for defects and conducts any range of functional tests and cleaning at prescribed intervals to ensure proper operation of various components during assembly.</li><li>Report deviations from standard to appropriate resource for review, instruction and authorization and conducts quality inspection at specified intervals</li><li>Perform accurate data and record keeping.</li><li>Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.</li><li>Apply basic math skills to add and subtract two-digit numbers.</li><li>Ability to perform these operations using units of weight, measurement, volume, and distance.</li></ul><br><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong><br><br><ul><li>High School Diploma and 4 years of related experience OR an Associates Degree and 2 years of related experience.</li><li>Ability to lift 5-10 lbs, routinely (heaviest lift 32lbs).</li><li>Ability to read and follow work instructions on a screen/monitor and/or Blueprints.</li><li>Basic work experience in assembly with smaller parts.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Work is performed on 1st shift (9 hour shifts).</li></ul>
