During your 12-week internship with the Manufacturing Team at MegaFood, you will be immersed in our culture and team objectives. You will be a contributing member of our team during your time with us. You will be working on various deliverables to ensure you gain knowledge and skills to bring with you to your next adventure.
INTERNSHIP OBJECTIVES:

Implement and deploy CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate) Board methodology to track and improve safety and productivity in various MegaFood processes
-
Create documentation, such as Standard Work Instructions and Training/Troubleshooting Documents related to the above processes
-
Lead the collection and collation of manufacturing pilot data and writing of pilot reports
REQUIREMENTS:
-
A focus on maintaining workplace safety at all times and the humility to ask questions if unsure of anything

Engineering, Science, and Statistics Coursework
-
Preferred: rising college Junior or Senior
-
An interest in working in a production environment and in getting experience in continuous improvement
-
Interest and intuition in Chemical/Mechanical processes
-
The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't just do as instructed, but intuits and suggests improvements based on their own analysis of the project

Comfortable working with various systems and online platforms

Fast learner of computer software such as Autocad

Fantastic organizational and time management skills
-
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
