Position Summary
We have an exciting opportunity for an Early Childhood Teacher at Stratton Mountain Resort in Stratton Mountain, VT. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for young children, implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, maintaining communication with parents, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 college credits in Early Education or a qualifying Associate's Degree
- First Aid & CPR Certified
- At least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare center or as an Early Elementary Educator
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
