Diagnostic System Specialist<br><br>Location: 100% Remote (Weekly Onsite Meetings in Dearborn/Allen Park, MI)<br><br>Training: Onsite in Dearborn/Allen Park, MI for the first 2 weeks<br><br>Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM<br><br>Job Description:<br><br>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic System Specialist to join our team. This role is 100% remote, with the requirement to attend one onsite meeting each week in Dearborn/Allen Park, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be adept at handling complex diagnostic electrical issues.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><ul><li>Provide Technical Support: Handle technical hotline calls from 12-20 dealership hotline technicians, offering expert advice and solutions.</li><li>Sync Diagnostics: Utilize your knowledge of the Sync system to diagnose and resolve warranty issues efficiently.</li><li>Dealer Assistance: Work closely with dealership technicians, providing guidance and troubleshooting support for APIM, TCU, and ECG related problems.</li><li>Customer Relations: Effectively manage interactions with frustrated dealers, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.</li><li>Training Participation: Attend onsite training in Dearborn/Allen Park for the first two weeks to become familiar with company processes and systems.</li><li>Weekly Meetings: Participate in weekly onsite meetings in Dearborn/Allen Park to collaborate with the team and discuss ongoing issues and updates.</li></ul><br>Required Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Technical Hotline Call Center Experience: Proven experience in a technical hotline call center environment is essential.
