Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, review, and analyze scorecards
  • Conduct reinforcement training
  • Generate reports based on scorecards, call recordings, and phone training
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and BombBomb video portal
  • Provide support for CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
  • Perform other assigned duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work onsite!
  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
  • Call center experience is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Comfortable using Zoom for virtual interactions
  • Previous automotive experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with call monitoring is advantageous (training available for the right candidate)
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Knowledge of CRM applications is a plus (training available for the right candidate)
  • Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Contributes to the team's success by accomplishing related tasks as needed
