Currently, we are looking to add a Customer Specialist (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM SHIFT) to the team:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Process and bill orders received by phone, fax, email, website, and mail
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client history: interactions, transactions, inquiries, complaints, comments, and plans of action
  • Set up new customer prepay accounts
  • Maintain weekly international shipments to assigned distributors
  • Promptly handle incoming calls from current and prospective clients
  • Remain aware of product back orders and special orders
  • Act as a liaison between various departments
  • Observe safety, security and regulatory procedures
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, plans and procedures

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate degree preferred
  • Experience: 2 years (customer service related)
  • Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, be organized, and pay attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Availability to work on-site in Ann Arbor during normal business hours
