Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service/Sales Support professional in Secaucus, New Jersey. The role primarily involves managing customer accounts, processing applications, and handling inquiries within the retail e-commerce sector. The individual will be working closely with various teams and vendors, requiring strong skills in data entry and SAP. Responsibilities: - Efficiently handle customer credit applications while maintaining high levels of accuracy - Keep up-to-date and precise records of customer credit - Collaborate with credit, sales delivery teams to ensure smooth operations - Effectively manage tickets relating to inventory blocks, holds, and allocations - Regularly interact with sales representatives to manage accounts - Undertake thorough research to resolve complex customer issues - Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status - Work closely with large vendors such as Cosco, Walmart - Show high attention to detail in all aspects of work - Handle contract creation and provide insights on the same. Requirements - Proficiency in Data Entry with high level of accuracy and speed - Experience in SAP software for efficient management of business operations and customer relations - Prior experience in Call Center Customer Service, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with Retail E-Commerce, with the ability to manage online sales and understand consumer behavior - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions - Excellent organizational skills to keep track of all customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools related to customer service and sales support.
