Farmers Insurance Agency Lydia Allen is seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born salesperson with a desire to make a difference in peoples lives as well as their own! Our fast paced, growing insurance office is looking to fill a part time Customer Service Sales Representative position. At our agency you will build and develop client relationships within the Rifle Area communities that we serve by promoting our products and the superior customer service of our agency. We then support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As a Customer Service Sales Representative you will be part of a team that is helping to grow the revenue of our office as well as grow your own earning potential! Responsibilities
  • Selling - Meeting individual performance metrics and goals, prospect leads provided
  • Prospecting, marketing, and potential cold calling
  • Multi-tasking - Able to successfully juggle multiple priorities at any given time
  • Attention to Detail - Maintain accurate and descriptive accounts of all customer integrations
