Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Hourly Rate: $15-18
Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (1 hr. lunch)

Additional income opportunities:
  • $10 for selling an Advantage Plan to a new member.
  • $10 for a yard sign.
  • $20 for every review generated on Google or Facebook.
  • $25 for a self-generated lead install, service, or maintenance (Example: a friend has a service repair at their home).
  • 3% of all service/maintenance estimates closed (outbound follow-up required, if the customer just calls in to approve, the technician gets the commission).
Job duties:
  • Answering incoming calls within 2 rings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and empathy.
  • Book calls based on department, location, and call needs paying close attention to the urgency and catering to the customer needs.
  • Contact customers to ask them about their experience and walk them through completing a review and mention the referral program.
  • Schedule AP tune-ups and new installation tune-ups.
  • Look to fill the schedule at every available opportunity.
  • Take calls from technicians and installers with a proper update of service titan. Dispatch next calls being careful of the technicians ability, location, and customer requests.
