The ideal candidate loves interacting with people and proactively solving issues. This position will be responsible for managing incoming communications from our clients, assisting and supporting our sales agents as well as performing a variety of clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones promptly and uses good judgement to prioritize the distribution of messages in a timely manner.
  • Manages and distributes all incoming client and company communications through direct mail, email and phone messages.
  • Clerical task such as but not limited to scanning, faxing and filing documents.
  • Schedules appointments for our sales agents.
  • Works with client support staff and sales agents to meet clients needs.
  • Data entry in various platforms.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience or an associates degree in a like field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in a multi-line phone system
  • Excellent computer proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
