Our client, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, hardworking, self reliant.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lillington, NC

Pay Range: $14/hourly

What's the Job?

  • Provide administrative support to the service department

  • Perform a variety of administrative duties with a focus on providing excellent customer service

  • Answer phone calls, address customer issues or complaints, file paperwork, and perform data entry

  • Other clerical duties as needed

What's Needed?

  • Previous administrative experience required

  • Previous customer service experience required

  • HS Diploma/GED

  • Attention to detail

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Background check and drug screen will be conducted
