Description

MIDSCI is currently searching for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our company takes pride in offering hands-on training in a team-oriented work environment that encourages growth and learning.

This person will be responsible for answering phone calls, processing customer orders, ensuring customer satisfaction with timely and accurate responses to all customer inquiries, and additional duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, be able to follow instructions with great attention to detail, work well with others and independently, and maintain a positive attitude.

Full-time schedule and benefits: M-F 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, health insurance, 401K, profit sharing, paid vacation, personal time as well as paid Holidays. Pay will be dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

Requirements include prior customer service experience, computer and data entry proficiency, and ability to multi-task.
