Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview
This is a full-time, in office position.
M-F 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, take payments, call on late pays, and assist customers with top notch service
• Greeting walk-in customers and directing phone and foot traffic to appropriate associate 
• Assisting customers with opening claims, and following up as needed
• General policy changes
• Pivoting to additional sales opportunities
• Cold calling prospects and customers and setting up appointments with our licensed associates
• Assist sales team by working closely with our underwriting partners
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieve goals every day.
