Solutions Auto Group (SAG) is a privately owned auto finance dealership in SW Oklahoma. We started in Chickasha in May of 2008. Opened in Duncan, North of town in 2011. Then the Duncan location moved to our larger facility South of Main St on HWY 81 in 2019. We opened in Lawton in 2016. We have helped thousands of customers with Good, Bad, Ugly or No Credit. SAG is looking to add a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative to our team in Chickasha, OK. If you have experience as a CSR &/or sales rep and have a successful track record, we want to talk to you! Only the best need to apply!

The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. P revious CSR, leasing or sales experience is preferred. Computer knowledge is a must!! Knowledge of vehicles is a huge plus but not necessary. A dependable employee that exhibits teamwork and adds value to our organization is necessary. We are looking for someone with a passion for excellent customer service who views every customer interaction as an opportunity to make a positive impression. A CSR that has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound / outbound customer communications - Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests and issues.
  • Consult on customer success - This is our Core Focus!! When the customer succeeds, the company succeeds! We always want a win - win situation with the customer and company.
  • Maintain working product knowledge - Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate, up-to-date and strategic.
  • Track interactions in CRM - Record customers interactions in internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.
  • Inventory  - Make sure the lot is presented and vehicles are marketed online.
  • Non-commissioned Sales -  assist the loan department. Bonuses when certain levels are reached.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM system and computer knowledge

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday 8:30 – 6:00 (42.5 hours). We want all our employees to take a 1-hour lunch to decompress!
