The entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers on behalf of our exclusive clientele and closing sales. The entry-level Customer Service and Sales Representative will provide product/service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison on behalf of our clients. The primary objective is to drive performance improvements and brand recognition. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long-lasting impressions for the customer.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, close sales, address and resolve concerns, and process order requests and escalations
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust among customers through open and interactive conversations
  • Interpret customer needs utilizing consultative and active listening skills to provide tailored product/service recommendations that best suit their lifestyle and generate sales for our clients
  • Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide practical solutions, and escalate to necessary departments to ensure a prompt resolution
  • Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance
  • Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.

Customer Service and Sales Representative Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Facing, or Sales Experience
  • Track record of high-level performance and an intense desire for growth and advancement
  • Confidant overturning objections and closing sales
  • Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
