What YOU will do :

  • Evaluate scope of work to determine the best overall solution and price, given customer requests.
  • Review previous work orders and pictures to determine the best short and/or long-term solution. Consolidate scopes of work where it makes sense to do so.
  • Deliver scope of work options to meet customer overall objectives.
  • Initiates and reviews work orders with internal pricing tools and as needed, external quote qualification. Responsible for final work order pricing approval.
  • Review work orders scope of work to ensure it matches the pricing and supporting picture evidence.
  • Qualify work order for scope of work accuracy and process estimates with customer requirements and contractual rates, update status within our internal software management system, and submit to internal department or directly to customer as outline in customer requirements send to customer.
  • When requested, meet with Customer to review, and discuss specifics to provide a complete understanding of work and processes.
  • Engages in discussion with contractors regarding estimates and send work order estimate requests to contractors, as needed.
  • Document customer work order formatting and process requirements to expedite customer approval.
  • Support team with subject matter expertise.
  • Execute services to meet customer Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI). Clearly communicate actions required to internal team members to meet customer SLAs and KPIs.

What YOU bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in horticulture or at least 2 years in a business-related field or equivalent professional commercial landscape experience.
  • Previous experience in initiating and processing customer service requests beyond the scope of the contract.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing of work orders
  • Demonstrated experience in employee relations, communication, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills including the ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel including occasional overnight stays.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills including attention to detail and follow-through.
