JBar Enterprises, LLC is looking to add an Inside Sales Steward to our ever-growing team. The Inside Sales Steward is the first point of contact to JBar for many of our customers. We’re searching for a person who has outstanding customer service and sales skills, can multitask, is outgoing, and looks for opportunities to help connect people to our other services.
Job Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
- Location: Burnet, Texas

Essential Duties
- Answer all incoming phone calls - assist customers and transfer as appropriate
- Follow all procedures created for Inside Sales Steward
- Ascertain the customers needs, educate on our products and procedures
- Send/Receive Rental Agreements
- Gather information to enter new customers
- Document & record all specified data required for accurate metric reporting
- Utilize ProSoft for documentation and reporting
- Refer customer issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate Principal Steward
- Complete special projects as requested by Principal Sales Steward
- Lead generating and qualification
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Market and product knowledge
- CRM use and proficiency in updating deals
- Sales automation such as Linkedin and Facebook
Typical Day to Day Activities
- Return all emails within the hour
- Review CRM tool and follow up on leads with notes and follow up actions
- Call out to customers who are not doing business with J Bar (cold calling)
- Answer incoming calls and upsell customers on ALL of J Bar’s offerings
- Attend trainings and meetings
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Basic Computer Skills (email, internet, word processing)
- 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training in customer service preferred
Skills and Physical Requirements
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are necessary to perform the essential job duties.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service and sales experience
- Organized
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Email Correspondence
- Keyboard Speed 40 wpm
