Point Sebago Resort - Casco Maine
Point Sebago Resort is looking to hire an experienced courtesy Patrol Lead to maintain the safety of our guests and residents. This is a full time year round position with amazing benefits.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Courtesy Patrol Manager with necessary support to keep Point Sebago a safe property for all guests and employees
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property, units, activities, entertainment, and amenities
  • Know the department managers and department functions and how they relate to each other
  • Exhibit friendly, courteous, helpful behavior always; be able to react calmly and professional
  1. Specifically, when interacting with guest both on and off the property
  2. A knowledge of registered and non-registered guests/residents
  3. A general knowledge of all Point Sebago Staff /Guest/Resident Policies and how to enforce them.
  • Always Supports and follows all Cove Communities and Point Sebago policies
  • Patrol all of Point Sebago's Property either by Motor Patrol or Golf Cart Patrol
  • Keep an accurate Patrol Log of daily tasks as they are completed
  • Perform nightly checks of locked doors
  • Must be able to cover the Gate House if requested by Manager
  • Lead must be willing to work minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Must work Weekends and Holidays
  • Knowledge of Reservation Management Software (RMS)
  • Lead will assist management with responding to incidents that occur during a shift
  • Lead must be able to make quick decisions when responding to calls
  • Ability to lead the Courtesy Patrol team and direct them on the daily needs of the resort.
  • Must be willing to work with other Departments when asked to.
  • Communicates all deficiencies to Courtesy Patrol Manager along with General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
Winter Off Season
  • During winter off season the Lead will work directly with Courtesy Patrol Manager in creating new training regiments.
  • Winter off season the Lead will be required to assist the Service Department with snow shoveling after each snowstorm.
  • The Lead will assist with replacing street lights for any that are found to be inoperative.
  • The Courtesy Patrol Lead will do random patrols throughout their shifts during the winter to make sure the resort is safe and secure.
  • During the winter season the Lead will assist in replacing and updating signage on property to make sure they are within the company standards.
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED
  • CPR/AED training is a plus
  • A passion for teamwork
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical & creative approach to problem solving
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have computer knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Teams.
