Purpose of the Role: role will be responsible for preparing service agreements for sites that are coming out of warranty and renewals for existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategizing with key stakeholders to drive service agreement and overall Customer Service growth.
  • Managing the overall service agreement function. The goal is to issue renewals at least two months prior to contract expiration.
  • Creating new and managing existing service agreement templates, including proposals and pricing tools, for all SencorpWhite business units
  • Coordinating with field service engineers to determine site conditions and the appropriate offering for sites prior to renewal.
  • Communicating with customers to determine their needs prior to renewal.
  • Assisting sales efforts for service agreements and identifying cross-selling opportunities for recommended spare parts lists and upgrades, where applicable
  • Identify sites where service agreements have lapsed and assist in reviving communication with these customers.
  • Review miscellaneous master service agreements and proposals for redlines/changes.
  • Assist in developing processes to make the proposal renewal process more streamlined and efficient.

Qualification requirements

  • CRM Experience, Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Experience with or propensity to learn Contract Management Software, Ironclad preferred.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • General knowledge of business/contract law and regulations as they pertain to proposal language, order entry and purchase orders.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
