This role is a full-time position in an NHS service based in Port Talbot, West Glamorgan; it offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Your core responsibilities would be to help assess, diagnose, and oversee the mental health of patients in your care.
The role will focus on inpatient duties for a 21 bed unit for males and females based in NPT.

Hours: This position is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week
Location: Port Talbot, West Glamorgan
Setting: Inpatient
Dates: ASAP with the placement due to end on 02.03.24.

Skills:
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Requirements:
  • You must have a full GMC licence to practice
  • Relevant previous experience working in this type of position
  • Section 22/RC approval is essential
  • Approved clinician status is desired but not essential
