Willing to consider combination of education and experience. (Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration)<br>*Must be able to effectively communicate with public, coworkers and community partners.<br><br>JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES<br>*Promote CCR&R services and be an advocate regarding childcare issues to parents, providers, legislators, community partners and business leaders.<br>* Collaborate with the Statewide Community Development Team to develop and implement a statewide annual marketing plan.<br>*Lead workgroups to meet project deadlines.<br>*Maintain project outlines and communicate project updates to stakeholders.<br>*Save project work steps in shared drive for future use and reference.<br>*Develop CCR&R marketing activities including: brochures, CCR&R website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, press releases, mailings, advertising, videos, e-mail notifications, mobile SMS, annual report, parent referral materials, community/business fairs, presentations, website design and others as required by contract in the scope of service.<br>*Receive approval from Mid-Sioux CCR&R Director for marketing activities.<br>*Coordinate the purchase and printing of statewide supplies and materials.<br>* Coordinate work on CCR&R manuals and forms as requested by the State Network.<br>*Track and complete reports regarding marketing activities.<br>*Assist with webinar support as needed.<br>*Attend mandatory trainings as requested.<br>*Share and collaborate with team members on current and upcoming projects.<br>*Attend agency, statewide and community meetings as requested.<br>*Assist Director and other CCR&R staff as needed.<br>*Provide or participate in presentations and/or fairs to educate community leaders/organizations on CCR&R services and child care issues targeting families and child care providers.<br>Other duties as assigned<br>*Excellent computer, organizational and office skills.<br>*Excellent written and oral communication, and problem solving skills.<br>*Ability to work independently, set priorities and follow directions and established processes.<br>*Maintain professional behavior, attitude, and confidentiality. Ability to display cultural sensitivity.<br>*Respond positively to change.<br>*Ability to participate in events, training sessions and meetings (flexible hours, including some evenings, overnights, and weekends) throughout the region and state.<br>*Must have valid driver's license, insurance and reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record.<br>*Submit to a Motor Vehicle Records check before hire and annually thereafter.<br>*Submit to a FBI National Criminal History Check upon employment and every four years thereafter.<br>*Submit to a Department of Human Services Criminal History and a Request for Child Abuse Information Records check before hire and every two years thereafter<br>*Be able to lift up to 40 pounds, crawl on the floor and occasionally stand 4 hours at a time.<br>*Must be able to complete job duties with reasonable accommodations.<br><br>provided by The Ft.
