JOB DESCRIPTION:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Associate to join our team in Suffolk County, New York. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales initiatives within the restoration industry.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, weekends as needed to close sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Work with existing sales team to develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, and lead generation activities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, property managers, real estate professionals, and other key stakeholders in the restoration industry.

4. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer service delivery.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.

6. Prepare and present sales proposals, bids, and contracts to prospective clients.

7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve profitable sales outcomes.

8. Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to monitor progress against targets.

9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to promote brand awareness and foster business relationships.

10. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance the company's competitive position in the market.

QUALIFICATIONS:


1. No prior sales experience required. The Company is willing to provide all necessary training for the right candidate who fits well with the existing team.

2. Willingness to learn residential and commercial property restoration processes, including water damage mitigation, fire damage restoration, and mold remediation.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners.

5. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals.

6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office software. Comfortable working on tablets and computers.

7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.




COMPENSATION : Base salary plus uncapped commission. Average earning potential: $70,000-$120,000 annually.
