We are seeking a reliable team player to provide administrative tasks for our company by conducting tasks with accuracy and professionalism. Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis. Strong communication skills are necessary.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry and manipulation of data using MS Excel
  • Role requires candidate to perform many tasks in a specific order, in a specific way, and to double check their work
  • Candidate will spend about 75% of their time in an office environment (Admin tasks) and the rest of their time on the warehouse floor
  • Handle various inventory input and reconciliation.
  • Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time
  • Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy
  • Ensure and maintain color standard matching
  • Misc. admin tasks.

Requirements:



  • Accuracy / Attention to detail is a MUST
  • Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
  • Good with Math and able to reconcile various information (Bookkeeping skills a plus)
  • Work independently, as well as with a team
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized
  • Must be able to follow multi step processes with variables
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines
  • Must be a team player
