Regional Sales Manager - Oregon/Washington

The regional sales manager is a full-time position that is responsible for achieving market growth, retail development as well as assigned sales goals. This is accomplished through managing the assigned distributor territory and partnering with our distributors to achieve our goals and objectives. Responsibilities and Duties ·Attain volume and distribution goals based upon mutually agreed targets as defined by vice president of sales. ·Develop and execute monthly planning meetings with distributors. ·Grow portfolio availability within distributors. ·Be the main line of contact between assigned distributors, their retail accounts, and the Stevens Point Brewery. ·Regular work withs distributor salespeople and weekly account calls ·Recommends and implements sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitive analysis. ·Support the growth and development of SPB products by knowing core retail customers in each market. ·Work with our distributor sales personnel to educate them about the SPB products. ·Maintain excellent working relationships with fellow members of the sales and marketing team ·Utilize SRS systems and VIP to track and record sales calls ·Position requires frequent travel and ability to work 8-10 hours shifts. ·Monitor and manage distributor inventory.
