Job Summary:  

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assis ta nt (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.  

Work Environment:  

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment.   

Responsibilities:  

• Resident Care: Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Mobility Assis ta nce: Help residents with mobility issues, including tran s ferring, positioning, and ambulating safely.
• Vi ta l Signs Monitoring: Ta ke and record vi ta l signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
• Documen ta tion: Accurately document all care provided, changes in residents’ conditions, and any other pertinent information in electronic health records.
• Communication: Report any changes in residents’ conditions or concerns to the nursing s ta ff or supervisor in a timely manner .
• Supportive Ta sks: Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols and main ta in a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Team Collaboration: Work closel y with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and physicians, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care.  

Qualifications:  

• Experience: Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Physical Requirements : Ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical ta sks associated with patient care.
• Certifications: C urrent CNA certification in NE required .
