As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will educate healthcare professionals about hospice services and provide end-of-life solutions with a focus on clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity. Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective intake and referral processes
- Complete admissions process for referred patients

- RN license in the state of employment
