The Link to Life-Saving Care.<br><br>CereCore is searching for a Clinical Application Analyst for a behavioral health center on a temp to permanent basis.<br><br>The Clinical Application Analyst will be responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining clinical applications. Responsibilities will also include optimization of the application through development of new functionality, testing and implementing scheduled vendor releases and system upgrades and fixing system defects. Works with cross-functional application teams and clients by providing education on system functionality, and configuration of new tools to increase end-user productivity within the applications. Ensure system changes follow change management procedures and protocols, create and maintain all documentation for all assigned applications, and develop, plan, and execute testing for supported applications. Communicates all necessary application changes, enhancements, and procedures to all necessary internal department teams.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br><br><ul><li>Able to assimilate feedback from peers and actively drive process improvement and culture change as implemented/approved by leadership.</li><li>Uses professional knowledge and experience to advise on optimal workflows and system functions.</li><li>Openly shares this knowledge with peers, via Peer-to-Peer training.</li><li>Develop documentation and project content.</li><li>Has excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing, customer service focus, and is able to work independently or on a team.</li><li>Independently monitors own work for accuracy and thoroughness.</li><li>Prioritizes own tasks and assists with task identification and documentation.</li><li>Understands project deliverables and level of effort to complete. Participates in the strategic planning process.</li><li>Drives to incorporate Lessons Learned into department practice/methodology, including process improvement.</li></ul><br><strong>Position Requirements</strong><br><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a clinical or healthcare-related discipline</li><li>Experience with installation/analysis of clinical electronic healthcare systems.</li><li>2 years of experience in a clinical setting</li><li>Knowledge of hospital/healthcare departmental processes</li><li>Psychiatric experience preferred</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment</li><li>Ability to organize and analyze detailed information and present it in a variety of formats for business, executive, and technical audiences</li><li>High level of initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision</li><li>Must have strong documentation skills, organization skills, and the ability to interact with team members cross-functionally.</li><li>A sense of responsibility and accountability; someone who takes ownership and initiative.</li><li>Adaptable and flexible.</li><li>Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation.</li><li>Ability to learn new technologies, methods, and processes.</li><li>Respect for diversity of experience, characteristics, viewpoints, and opinions</li></ul><br>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
