Responsibilities:
Promotes health and wellness by monitoring and assessing client's vitals and symptoms. Medication management/administration and treatments as prescribed by client's physicians.
Performs physical examinations and medically treats client as medically needed.
Sets-up appointments for client's and coordinates transportation with the internal team
very Good record keeping skills, implements/develops client care plans and treatment plans
Professional communication skills with team, families, client healthcare team
Provide respiratory support when needed
Assists clients on/off transportation, and bathroom duties
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation practices
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Experience in providing care for patients with diverse medical conditions
- Familiarity with administering medications and treatments according to protocols
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of New Jersey
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
