1 Seneca Street, Buffalo, NY 14203 DESCRIPTION: Design and develop new software and web applications using Java and Spring Boot; build API REST services for core infrastructure; perform integration testing using Ready API; consolidate functionality into individual services using microservices; design API microservices using Agile; gather requirements from clients for future requests; implement new features into current designs; improve codebase for a better customer experience; manage backlog and create new backlog for lacking functionalities; complete and oversee basic to complex systems analysis, design, and development; prepare and manage technical components for project plans; collaborate with other development, operations and technology staff on systems development from technical analysis to user acceptance testing; prepare and review test data and execute detailed test plans; lead customer conversations and extract design requirements to facilitate with new service design. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and four (4) years of experience using Java and Spring Boot to consolidate functionalities into individual services; and two (2) years of experience building API microservices using REST in Agile. SALARY:
