Looking for LPNs to start ASAP!

Job Summary:
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will have experience in acute care and be proficient in administering injections, conducting physical examinations, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assist in developing patient care plans
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Perform medical procedures including wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using electronic health record systems such as Athenahealth
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes in health status

Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Experience in acute care settings preferred
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and medical terminology
- Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation
- Ability to conduct physical examinations and assess patient conditions
- Familiarity with memory care practices for patients with cognitive impairments
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and disease processes
