Overview

This position is for an accomplished, highly motivated, and experienced mid-level salesperson who will promote and sell CROSSMARK’s solutions and professional services to current CROSSMARK customers and potential new customers. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Retail and CPG industries, the sales process, and an ability to develop relationships through existing contacts, with a strong ability to close deals. The candidate will work with the CROSSMARK Business Development team in the sales process to build and maintain relationships at director-level and above. The candidate will possess stellar work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and urgency.

Responsibilities

Ability to understand customer business problems within the CPG and Retail Industries and translate them into relevant solution discussions

Leverage existing relationships with CROSSMARK clients to create new business

Drive the sales process from opportunity to closing

Manage a sales quota

Participate in drafting and securing signed legal contracts

Actively manage the sales pipeline

Assist in creating sales messaging and marketing collateral

Assist in developing relationships with partner companies

Education/Experience

: A four (4) year college degree or equivalent training with relevant experience; Five (5)+ years of experience in a business development / client services role.

Working Conditions

: An office environment with administrative assistance; Customer sites (may require travel) with minimum office facilities; Provision of copiers, fax, printers, voice mail and parking.

Physical Demands

: Able to type freely and work with computer monitors and keyboards for prolonged periods of time on a daily basis; Able to drive and fly on commercial airlines.
