Medical Surgical Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Do you want to play a critical role in providing excellent care to patients in a med-surg setting? Consider joining our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) on the medical surgical unit at our hospital.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Evaluating, planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care for assigned patients
• Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures
• Performing patient tests and administering medications within scope of practice
• Promoting patients' independence through goal setting and patient education
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Performing a variety of tasks, requiring creativity and latitude
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

Key qualifications to be considered for this role:

• Associate's degree and certified as a registered nurse, Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures in the field
