Location: Mountain View, CA 94043 OR Plano, TX 75024 OR San Diego, CA 92129 Required Skills: Extensive experience with Alteryx and QuickBase Proficient in SQL Skilled in data management, including handling issues with data pipelines in case something goes wrong with an ETL, PFTS, Bot, API, or third-party platform Familiar with ticket management tools like Jira and Smartsheet, and can handle tasks like assigning tickets to the right analyst and ensuring they're progressed Proactive and takes initiative, doesn't simply wait for tasks to be delegated but is capable of doing their own research, identifying problems, and offering solutions. Knowledge in areas like sourcing, procurement, and contract management would be a big advantage Duties: Responsible for the analysis, adjustment and restructuring of different aspects of a business. Responsibility to ensure that a business's structure is meeting top output efficiency. Work closely with individuals at all levels of employment to see what is and isn't working in the most efficient manner possible. Responsible for interacting with and addressing employees at all levels in a professional manner while providing constructive criticism that is conducive to the restructuring of current systems. Responsible for identifying and addressing current and future business needs within the realms of currently accessible resources. Determine solutions to business software/hardware system problems. Analyze business processes and write system process specifications to be used.
