We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager based in Santa Rosa, CA, US. Join a dynamic Real Estate team operating in Lake Mendocino, Sonoma, Solano, and Napa areas of Northern California. We're looking for an individual passionate about technology and optimizing processes to take charge of the Zillow Flex account. Opportunity to manage and nurture company leads, facilitate lead distribution, and support lead conversion. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach to problem-solving, a strong technical background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must be comfortable collaborating with diverse personalities all working towards shared objectives Responsibilities: • Develop and implement processes to successfully find active and promising leads for agents on the team • Data entry and account management to maintain the highest scores on Zillow Flex • Work with agents to assist with converting leads • Conduct regular system audits • Identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner Other Expectations Skills: • Team-player environment, we are big on collaboration and bringing solutions to the table • Ability to balance the needs of the Sales Department with the practical side of the Operations Department • Enjoys seeing projects through a finish line Tools: • Google Workspace • Zoom • ChatGPT • We are a Zillow Flex team • Cinc platform We are constantly adding more lead sources and need support connecting everythingReal Estate background is a major bonus, we are primarily looking for someone who can come in and build with us to increase efficiency and opportunity primarily through technology. Qualifications: • A Real Estate License is recommended for the Account Manager position in Santa Rosa, CA, US but is not mandatory • Being tech-savvy is a crucial requirement for this role • Strong emphasis is placed on teamwork in this position • Demonstrating focus and self-discipline is essential for success in this Account Manager role Compensation: $30,000 - $75,000 yearly
