<b>Overview</b> <br> <br> <strong>Summary</strong> <br> <br>Stampede Ventures, Inc. is currently seeking a Capture Manager/Seller Doer for Aberdeen, MD. <br> <b>Responsibilities</b> <br> <br> <strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> <br> <br>The Essential Duties and Responsibilities are intended to present a descriptive list of the range of duties performed for this position and are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job. Other duties may be assigned.<ul> <li>Business Development and Capture activities for the EC</li> <li>Work with the Business Development, Estimating and Operations teams to grow the new business pipeline with focus on the East Coast markets with federal and defense customers</li> <li>Responsible for leading the end-to-end business development function account management, pipeline development, capture and proposal</li> <li>Development and implementation of a Capture Plan encompassing Win Strategy, Price to Win</li> <li>Responsible for creating and leading customer engagements, mission analyses, and new business initiatives to include analyzing customer relationship management strategy and engage senior mgmt. in contact activity</li> <li>Support the strategic planning process, with specific focus on achieving the strategy through new business growth</li> <li>Coordinate and balance business development activities for strategic, competitive, and follow-on opportunities to achieve overall financial plan</li> <li>Develop and master a comprehensive understanding of our broad capabilities and past performance to be able to speak to and promote all BSNC industry offerings</li> <li>Work with OMs, PMs, Executives and BD on promoting BSNC wherever opportunities develop</li></ul> <br> <b>Qualifications</b> <br> <br> <strong>QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION</strong> <br> <br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. <br> <br> <strong>Required (Minimum) Qualifications</strong> <br> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Business Development - specifically with the Federal Government and DoD</li> <li>Background in government acquisitions and requirements process</li> <li>Successful past performance with developing customer relationships, account strategies, developing a qualified pipeline, building industry relationships, and leading capture and proposal activities</li> <li>Existing relationships to leverage for business growth</li></ul> <br> <strong>Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics </strong> <br> <ul> <li>Knowledge of federal/civil as well as defense services marketplaces</li> <li>Experience managing a BD acquisition plan</li> <li>Strong senior level government contacts</li> <li>Proven ability to brief senior government and industry leaders</li> <li>Ability to work across multiple industries with a working level knowledge of each</li> <li>Ability to work within a team on proposal development, estimating, etc.</li> <li>Proposal management and technical proposal writing</li> <li>Salesforce</li></ul> <br> <strong>Preferred </strong> <br> <ul> <li>Active Secret Clearance or ability to achieve clearance if required</li></ul> <strong>BSNC also has a strong Seller-Doer model in addition to dedicated execution staff and capture/proposal managers. The work described herein is primarily a modern office setting. Frequent travel is required.<br> <br> <strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES </strong> <br> <br> <ul> <li>Not currently a requirement but may hire and supervise direct reports in the future based on program size. </li></ul> <br> <strong>ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS </strong> <br> <br>As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base.
