Business Office Manager
Full Time Days Working Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm
Asbury Place Maryville is currently seeking a Business Office Manager for a Full Time position.
Asbury Place Maryville proudly provides high-quality, compassionate care 44 beds of assisted living, residential living, and memory support care for residents of Blount County and surrounding areas.

What will I do as a Business Office Manager?
- Maintains resident and business office files.
- Assists in answering resident billing issues.
- Ensures that move-in deposits and rents are deposited in a timely manner; ensures that accounts payable procedures are processed timely & accurately.
- Monitors and records petty cash disbursements and reconciles to replenish.
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, family members, vendors, etc.
What is required in this position?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
- Experience working in senior housing or long-term care preferred.
