As a BCBA, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to providing superior treatment and behavior support to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, related disabilities, and mental health needs. We’re currently seeking both full-time and part-time BCBAs to support our clients across Davis County and Utah County, in both in-home and clinic settings.

In this pivotal role, you will conduct assessments, design effective treatment and behavior plans tailored to each client’s needs, and provide ongoing training to technicians and families. Your work will be grounded in the principles of ABA, and _*to support your transition, we’re pleased to offer up to $5,000 to help cover any contract obligations with your current employer!*_

* *Competitive Salary:* $80K to $90K, depending on experience

*Essential Duties:*
* Conduct assessments, including VB-MAPP, and develop appropriate treatment plans
* Complete Functional Assessments and create Behavior Support Plans
* Supervise and train interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians
* Provide ongoing training to families
* Collaborate effectively with families, schools, and other professionals
* Maintain best practice standards and adhere to BACB ethical guidelines
* Utilize evidence-based intervention strategies and adjust programs based on client data
