Mammographer Needed in McMinnville, OR

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mammographer to join our exceptional healthcare team in McMinnville, OR. In this role, you'll work closely with the Radiologist, Breast Center Supervisor, and Director of Imaging, collaborating to deliver the highest quality care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• 4x10-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• 3x12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• No On-Call Required! (On-call duties only apply if the clinic has an urgent need, such as covering for a colleague.)

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

• A strong team player who can collaborate effectively

• Certifications and current registrations as a Registered Technologist in Mammography (ARRT)

• Active Oregon State License for Radiography and Mammography

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Preferred experience with DEXA and Stereotactic biopsy procedures

Compensation:

• Starting rate: $40.55/hour (no call, no experience)

• Experience bonus: 3% per year of experience, up to 10 years (30% maximum)

• Shift differentials:

• Night shift: $4/hour

• Weekend shift: $1.50/hour
