Responsibilities
Ability to satisfy and maintain the IL insurance licensing requirements
Conduct needs-based sales consultations with prospective clients
Prospect and initiate new business sales while building business referral relationships
Assist in the development of a marketing plan for your role
Adhere to a follow up system provided by the agency for prospective clients assigned to you
Participate and successfully complete all training as assigned
Provide prompt and professional service
Requirements
Experience with computers, CRM, Microsoft office suite
Goal-oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
High school or College Degree
Possess or obtain Illinois Property/Casualty licenses within first sixty days of employment
