Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in managing and supervising the nursing staff
Oversee patient care ensuring it meets high standards
Implement and monitor nursing policies and procedures
Provide direct nursing care as needed
Assist in staff training and development
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations
Conduct regular audits to ensure patient safety and quality of care
Support and mentor nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Current RN license in {Insert State}
Proven experience in a supervisory nursing role
Strong understanding of nursing practices and regulations
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Empathetic and caring disposition with a dedication to patient well-being
Exceptional communication and time management skills
