Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Subcontractor Admin to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our technician workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks, including talent acquisition, new technician onboarding, and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition- Assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates to join our team.

- Onboarding Support- Organize new start materials such as work shirts, handbooks, and assist in training set-up for new technicians.

- Coordination- Fill in gaps by managing technician communication and coordination to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication abilities.

- Experience in talent acquisition and administrative roles is a plus.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
