Zipline Guide Responsibilities: As a Zipline Guide at Adventure Ziplines of Branson, you will play a crucial role in delivering a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

· Conducting thorough course inspections to ensure safety standards are met.

· Demonstrating proficiency in tying required knots for harnesses and other safety equipment.

· Assisting guests in proper harness and helmet fitting, prioritizing their safety and comfort.

· Instructing and demonstrating proper zipping techniques to participants.

· Operating the zipline activity efficiently and with a strong focus on safety protocols.

· Managing guest speed during incoming approaches to ensure a controlled and safe experience.

· Performing retrievals and rescues as needed to address any unexpected situations.

· Educating guests on safety procedures and inspecting equipment regularly to maintain quality standards.

Other Accountabilities: Beyond the primary responsibilities, you will be involved in:

· Daily opening and closing procedures of the Zipline course.

· Supervising the progress and experience of each assigned tour group.

· Conducting pre-tour safety orientation for each tour group.

Skills and Qualifications: The most sought-after skills for this position include:

· Effective communication skills to engage and guide guests.

· Strong multitasking abilities to handle various aspects of zipline operations.

· Great attention to detail to ensure safety and an overall positive guest experience.
